Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled bearings or components in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
